Ayodele Fayose's younger brother has written an open letter to his brother on different allegations.
"Dear Brother/Father,
I am writing you this letter to encourage, strengthen and remind you of this verse of the Holy Bible that says, “If God be with us, who can be against us?” As you read this letter, I pray it gives you strength and courage. I want you to know that I am with you at this time of trouble and that this turbulence is a stepping stone to a higher level in Life for you.
Travelling through time, a decade ago, at this exact date, I can remember a time like this, When it was a period of turbulence for a great man I have always looked up to and admire. A man of courage, strength as an Eagle, bold as a Lion, a man of great dignity and integrity. I remember June 24 2006, exactly 10 years today. You were falsely accused of Poultry Project Fund mismanagement and Murder. You left the Government house October 16 2006. But God was with you. He confused your adversaries and vindicated you from the hands of vicious and political extremists. This same God is not dead and he is still there for you. After 8 years, which connotes the year of Ascension, God gave you the Staff and placed you on that same Mantle on the same date you left the government House (October 16 2014) against all odds.
Yet again! Another turbulence. I want “YOU” to know that God of little David that killed Goliath is still with “US”. Yes! Things might seem a little rough now, but remember your name “PETER” and what it stands for… You shall overcome with “VICTORY” as always. This battle shall pass in no time. The enemies you see now, you shall see them no more and at the end, we shall return all Glory to God. “When God is about to take you to a Greater level, everything goes crazy. People will disappoint you, Friends go against you, and then you will be left all alone. In that very moment, God will be your only source and he alone will take the Glory”. Your enemies tried but could not stand the power you carry. You are far stronger than they are and this is why they are petrified at the rumbling of your voice. “The wicked flee when no one is pursuing, but the righteous are bold as a Lion” Proverb 28:1.
Think about it “If God be with us, who can be against us?” Think about how empowering that is! Let that power infuse you, let it pour liquid steel through your spine. You have got the power, you can fight, and you will win. Though I am not there with you, you are always on my mind and I remember you in my prayers at all times. You can beat this. I know it, I see the warrior within you. You are a fighter.

Niger Delta MEND Leader Charles Okah Escapes From Kuje Prison
A brother of Henry Okah, jailed leader of the Movement For The Emancipation of Niger Delta Charles Okah has escaped from Kuje Prison in Abuja.A prison inmate told Saharareporters that Mr. Okah, who had been on trial in Abuja for the 2010 Independence Day bombing that killed 27 people, escaped last night by simply scaling the prison walls of the prison around 7:30 PM Nigerian time. He was reportedly in the company on another prison inmate. A massive manhunt has commenced to find and rearrest him.

Justice Gabriel Kolawole Opinion on EFCC aberrations
Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court, Abuja has faulted the procedures being adopted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in arresting and detaining suspects.
The judge said it was wrong for the EFCC to arrest suspects before or during investigation.
He also said the practice where the EFCC procures remand orders from Magistrates Courts, in cases on which they lacked jurisdiction was unlawful.
Justice Kolawole also declared unlawful and a violation of the provision of the law establishing it, where the EFCC freezes a suspect’s account without an order of court.
“The practice of arrest before trial is not only absurd; it is a corruption of the due process of law and Constitution. The earlier the Magistrates Courts and other lower courts realised that they are being used to subvert the Constitution the better,” the judge said.
He added: “It is as a result of incidents, such as this, that make the Judiciary to be opened to public ridicule and opprobrium of issuing black market orders of remand by courts, who ex-facie (on the face of it), lack the jurisdiction to try the offences being investigated.
“And these are, in my view quite unfortunate. The statutory agencies seem to side-track the obligations and rights created by the Constitution to protect citizens’ fundamental rights from being abused and violated,” the judge said.
Justice Kolawole spoke in a judgment he delivered yesterday in a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Abdulazeez, a serving senator and son of former governor of Adamawa State, Murtala Nyako.
The Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, Justice Ishaq Bello had, on January 12, 2016, faulted the practice where Magistrates grant remand warrant in relation to cases on which they lacked the jurisdiction to entertain. He directed magistrates in the FCT Judiciary to desist forthwith from granting remand orders to investigating agencies in such instances.
Justice Kolawole, in the judgment Wednesday, did not comment on the constitutionality or otherwise of the provision of Section 293 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015, which allows magistrates to remand suspects on holding charge for a maximum of two weeks in situation where the prosecution required time to tidy up its case.
He said the practice was a “jaundiced interpretation” of the Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Lufadeju vs. Johnson in SC/247/2001, where the Supreme Court upheld the powers of the Magistrates Courts to issue remand warrants even where they lacked jurisdiction to try the offences charged.
Abdulazeez, who is currently standing trial (before another judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja), with his father and some others on money laundering related offences, was arrested by the EFCC on February 12, 2015 and released on February 17, 2015. His account, frozen by the commission since July 14 of 2014, is yet to be released till date.
The applicant argued that his detention for three days without being taken before any court was a violation of his right to personal liberty as guaranteed under Section 35 of the Constitution.
Justice Kolawole, who held that EFCC had a justifiable reason to have arrested the applicant, found that the detention of Abdulazeez by the EFCC for three days, without taking him before a court of competent jurisdiction was a breach of the provision under Section 35 of the Constitution.
He held that the decision by the EFCC to deploy its administrative powers to freeze the applicant’s bank account since July 14, 2016, without obtaining a court order to that effect, was a violation of the provision of the EFCC Establishment Act.
Justice Kolawole noted that the respondent (the EFCC) did not furnish his court with information of the outcome of its investigation of the allegations against the applicant, and whether or not charges have been filed against him.
He said the pendency of the suit before his court was not sufficient to restrain the EFCC from taking further steps in the case. He said all the respondent was required to do was to inform the court of its intention to file charges.
Justice Kolawole awarded N12.5million in exemplary damages against the EFCC and in favour of the applicant.

President Barack Hussein Obama, on behalf of true Americans, I want to inform you that we will not follow your unconstitutional executive order.
We the American people have no other recourse than to resort to civil disobedience. We have no representatives in Washington DC who will stand and the Supreme Court has failed us as well.
You have embraced violent protest movements in America such as Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter. We are not lowering ourselves to that despicable progressive socialist “rules for radicals” model.
We, the people, are just telling you “No.” We will now be sending you emails and social media posts as well as calling OUR White House to say one word, “No.”
And if you persist and take the same course of action as Xerxes, we will give you a two-word response, Molon Labe.
This is your final year as president of the United States so let us come to an agreement: you leave us alone and we, the American people, will let you stay and finish your term.
Heed these words of counsel. Our American blood is descended from men and women who rejected tyranny — so shall we honor their memory.
If you do not wish to honor your oath to the Constitution and protect us, we shall protect ourselves. And NEVER forget the oath we American Warriors take is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign, and domestic.
I beseech you, do not come down on the wrong side of American history. Do not come out into the East Room and issue these executive orders, which you know very well are not constitutional. America is a Constitutional Republic, not a constitutional monarchy, and we are not ruled by edict.
We have a system of checks and balances, separation of powers, and coequal branches of government. If you cannot govern this Nation according to its principles and established laws, then tell us so, and kindly vacate the office.
Nothing you are proposing by this executive action has any relevance to recent incidents. You have released countless criminals and now you wish to restrict law-abiding citizens’ rights to keep and bear arms.
Go to your hometown in Chicago, take a walk this evening in Washington DC, or drive up to Baltimore if you want to rectify “gun violence.”
But as a proud gun owner, husband, dad of two daughters, the third of four generations of American combat veterans, a former Member of the US Congress, and an American, I am telling you simply, “Stand down "

Hillary’s law license was suspended in 2002 for failing to complete her continuing legal education requirements. Bill Clinton was convicted by a grand jury for perjury and obstruction of justice to which he was impeached by the House of Representatives and disbarred from practicing as an attorney. He has been accused by a dozens of women for rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment. He settled out of court for $850.000 in one case. Hillary has him out on her campaign trail championing for her theme of feminism and "women's rights". What a blasphemy. Neither one has enough integrity to hold onto a law license.

THE TRUE LIFE STORY OF AWELECHUKWUKAUMEMMA
This is a true life story of one Awelechukwukaumemma...which means God's Favour is greater than man's struggle.
It all started 32 years ago when she was 7months old, she lost her mom and was left alone with her Dad and step mom,
(hear her as she narrates her story of life with tears of the past memories ,from her own mouth as a true child of destiny whom our God has always favoured for unknown reasons ) . I was left to struggle and survive on my own while growing up, it was all hell. There was no punishment, no amount of beating I did not receive for making innocent childish mistakes like notashing the dishes well, not sweeping the floor well, fetching water on time etc.
My young virgina became very used to bearing the pain of HOT PEPPER cos pepper was always applied to it on regular bases and I will be tied up like an armed robber and abandoned in the bathroom or toilet for as long as my step mom wishes just because I made silly, innocent mistake. I will be starved #omg# on one occasion our neighbours child caught me eating the food our dog remained , he ran to his mom and told her, so from there the woman started hiding out food for me. My sisters and brothers , I suffered dearly from Physical, emotional, mental, psychological Abuse. I grow up hating myself, my circumstances everyone and everything. But I never ever gave up on my struggle to survive it all even as a very little child. She strongly opposed me going to a federal government school even though I passed excellently but Dad didn't listen to her objections. I want to the boarding house and that place became a heaven on earth for me. I hated holidays.
Immediatly after i finished from secondary school i passed my first jamb and got admmitted to study law but just then she was attacked with stroke. I had to ignore my first admission to study law so as to cater for her as she was staying in one thick village for her traditional treatment and her kids were over pampered and nobody will be able to cook, wash, and bath her. I still remember my Dad's face wen he call me into his room and told me about taking her to the village for her treatment and that the problem now is who will stay with her cos she can't even seat up right and I also just gained admission to the university. Without even thinking twice I gladly said I will go and stay with her until she's well. Dad looked at me very surprised and asked Y? I told him no matter what she has done to me she remains the mother I know and I she has made me the person I am today. He almost broke down in tears. Even while i was looking after her she kept abusing me saying I'm the cause of her situation that she had BP Immediatly she learnt that my Dad got my mom pregnant and it was that BP that has developed to this stroke she's suffering now. #Imaginethat# anyway i never gave up on her i stood by her nurturing her until she could walk again and talk well. When she became well Jamb started Jamming me cos i couldn't pass the law cut off point anymore. That was how i went to study accounting it was in my final year in accounting that i decided to just write another jamb and behold i made it. Meanwhile her marriage with Dad had ended and i was always going to visit her in her fathers house where she was, i will even buy her things she likes with the little money i saved up. Each time i come to see her she cries and cries and cries begging me to forgive her that she she can't stand my kindness. She suffered from stroke again and was rushed to the hospital (then I was in 200level law) I was there with her and she asked for her own daughter who was busy clubbing with friends in lagos. I told her daughter to rush down the next day cos mom may not make it this time. Mom died in my hands as I was feeding her but b4 she died she asked for her daughter again but she absent. Mom had tears in her eyes as she said to me "in life we don't know who will Bury us so the best we can do to be kind to everyone, Awele thank you God bless you" then she gave up the ghost. Her daughter came In 15mins after her mom died. That days experience has not left me till now.
My Dear sisters my Story long abeg....let's call this one Episode 1.
As I'm about to mark my 32nd birthday I look back to where I'm coming from and all I can say is THANK YOU GOD FOR NEVER GIVING UP ON ME. THANK YOU GOD FOR BLESSING ME WITH A WONDERFUL HUSBAND, LOVELY KIDS, LOYAL AND FAITHFUL FRIENDS. I love you all. May God bless you all.
